2 Timothy 1:7 says, For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind
Our theme scripture is clear and it is teaching or informing us that, God did not give us the spirit of fear or timidity, but He gave us the spirit of power, love and a sound mind and he expect us to operate in the spirit that he gave us and resist fear and timidity.
As children of God with humility and love in our heart, we must stand boldly and courageously for things that concerns the gospel of Jesus Christ, as the gospel of Jesus Christ is the gospel of truth, love, and reconciliation. It must be preached in all nations of the word, as it is the power of God to save the word.
The Lord expect us to live in love, peace, and harmony with one another, even when the world around us is using violence as tool to facilitate the process of implementing their evil agenda. We must boldly stand firm and preach love, peace and reconciliation, as it is the only gospel of Jesus Christ that is available to save the world. Jesus Christ came redeem all from the power of evil and darkness to the light. The day you received Jesus Christ, that was also the day you were rescued by God from the dominion of darkness and brought into the kingdom of the Son he loves.
The world and all its fullness belong to Jesus, he bought it with his blood, and he is Lord over all nations of the world. We belong to him and we are his ambassadors on earth, therefore we must not remain silent and allow evil to take over our world. The gospel must move forward and be preached to all creation.
We must decree and declare peace and love in our nations, and it shall be done on to us, as Job 22:28 says, 28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.The word of God is here to help build and guide us. Therefore, if you believe in Jesus Christ, you must also believe in the power that is in his word, as he is one with his word.
Remember, you are who you say you are, no one can ever separate you from your own words. This includes the things you say about yourself and the things you say about others, as they shape and identify your character and who you are.
Prayer
Dear heavenly father, I thank you for your spirit that lives inside me, the spirit of power, love and sound mind. I am not afraid of the world, because I overcame it and it doesn't have power over me. I reject the spirit of fear and I declare that I am bold in Christ.Thank for making me one with you and giving a victories life. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
